- Police holding and detention facility cleaning
Services may be performed in residential, commercial, industrial, or vehicular environments as specified in the service agreement. Our trained technicians use professional-grade equipment and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure safe and compliant biohazard remediation.

Client Responsibilities

- Ensure safe and unrestricted access to the affected property
- Remove or clearly identify valuables, personal items, and sensitive documents before service begins
- Ensure utilities such as electricity and water are available unless otherwise arranged
HazardAUS is not responsible for damage or loss of items that were not removed or disclosed prior to service.
Health and Safety Policies
Our technicians follow strict health and safety procedures including:
- Use of PPE such as gloves, respirators, and protective suits
- Compliance with biohazard handling and disposal regulations
- Vaccination requirements where applicable (e.g., Hepatitis B)
- Training in bloodborne pathogen safety standards
Biohazard waste is handled and disposed of according to applicable Australian safety and environmental regulations.
Pricing and Payment
Service pricing depends on factors including:
- Size of the affected area
- Type and severity of contamination
- Equipment and cleaning procedures required
- Biohazard waste disposal costs
A written estimate will be provided where possible before work begins. Final costs may vary if additional hazards or contamination are discovered during the cleaning process. Payment is generally due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation Policy and Rescheduling
- Clients may cancel or reschedule services with reasonable notice.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to technician availability.
Liability and Limitations
While every effort is made to restore affected areas safely and effectively:
- HazardAUS is not liable for pre-existing structural damage or undisclosed hazards.
- Complete restoration of materials or surfaces cannot always be guaranteed.
- HazardAUS is not responsible for emotional or psychological impacts associated with trauma or crime scenes.
Clients may be referred to appropriate support services if necessary.
Privacy and Confidentiality
HazardAUS treats all client information with strict confidentiality.
- Technicians operate with professionalism and discretion in sensitive situations.
- Service vehicles may be unmarked to protect client privacy.
- Photographs, reports, and service documentation are stored securely and shared only with authorized parties when required.
Our experts equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE) and uses professional-grade cleaning agents.
Post-Service Inspection
After completion of services:
- A final walkthrough may be conducted with the client where possible.
- Additional services such as odor removal or extended sanitization may be recommended if required.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the HazardAUS website, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and other materials, is the property of HazardAUS or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
